Abdul Wahab: We trust our players

In the press conference that was held for the 24th round of Arabian Gulf League today Wednesday, April 27, 2017 in the presence of the coach Abdul Wahab Abdul Qader and the player Jean Mendy in the presence of local media, in which the coach Abdel Wahab described that Al Nasr team has a great players foreigners and locals and they came after they have reached the final of the President’s Cup.

“Al Nasr has proved that they has good players who are able to form a danger to the opponent even without the most important player Wanderley and that’s what happened where they achieved outstanding results during his absence.”

Abdul Wahab added that Al Nasr had three former players of Baniyas, which are Fawaz Awanah, Masoud Soliman and Ahmed Khamis, which could give the game a special occasion.

Abdul Qadir explained that the team benefited from the stopping period by playing a friendly match against Al Dhafra, which ended with the victory of Baniyas with 4-3, which makes Al Samawi ready to meet Al Nasr in best condition. He added that Al Samawi did not suffer any physical absences only the absence of the Australian Mark Milligan due to red card.

He pointed out that everyone knows the difficulty of the match and dangerous of Baniyas position in the ranking table, but we trust the players for their ability to overcome this important match and out in the three points.

He expressed his pleasure of the visit of His Excellency Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Chairman of the Club for the first team training session yesterday evening and his speech with the players who inspired them by demanding them to make a double effort to win this coming match and achive the task by staying in the league and escape from the bottom of the ranking.

Also the press was attended by the player Jean Mendy who explained that he had returned from injury more strongly than before, after learning more about his colleagues and also understand the tactic and the way the coach played more clearly and is fully prepared for this match.

“Our match against Al Nasr is 11 players against 11 players and we have no choice but to win and return from Dubai with three points.” He added.

“Without a doubt, we all know the seriousness of Baniyas position in the table and that he occupies a position he does not deserve, so we will do all we can in the remaining matches in the season to get out of the bottom of the ranking and stay in the league.
