Jurcic: I’m waiting for Baniyas fans against Al Wahda

Today was held the press conference for the Baniyas match against Al Wahda for the 4th round of Arabian Gulf League, which will be held next Thursday, 27th September 2018 at Baniyas Stadium. The press conference attended by of coach Jurcic and the player Hassan Al Muharrami with a number of local press.

Jurcic described it as a strong match against a strong opponent who plays a beautiful football and explained that Al-Samawi had prepared well for this match. Also he mentioned that he saw the match of Al Wahda against Al Wasl in at Baniyas Stadium in addition to another previous matches for Al Wahda.

He added: “Al Wahda is one of the best teams that balance the defense and the attack, and they have a great consensus between foreigner players and local players as well as they play beautiful football.”

As for Al Samawi’s readiness for this match, he confirmed that Al Samawi will get back Faisal Al Khadim after the suspension due to the red card, and the absence of Mubarak Al Mansouri will continue without injury.

As for the ambition of the Samawi against Al Wahda, he stressed that he enters every game to win and looks for the three points, especially as this game plays on Baniyas ground, a positive result is the main demand.

As for the elements of strength in Al Wahda team the coach pointed out that they have special players in the offensive part capable of making the difference with individual skills and the most prominent of these players is the Brazilian Leonardo.

“I always ask my players to gain confidence in order to face any opponent without any fear whatever the name of the opponent, since self-confidence makes you calm in front of goal and will score goals and will make you stronger over time and this is what we ask our players.”

Finally, the coach called on the fans of the team to come against Al Wahda because the team is presenting beautiful football at the moment and achieving positive results and all what they need now is the support of our fans.

The team’s defender Hassan Al Mahrami also said that the team is ready for this big game against a strong opponent such as Al Wahda.

He added that the presence of the fans increases the aesthetic of the game and motivates the players more to provide and to do their best throughout the game.
