Today, Wednesday, 31st January, at Al Samawi’s residence in the hotel in Al Ain Camp, Baniyas Club organized a media training workshop for the players of the first and reserve teams, in cooperation with Al Ain University.

The workshop, which was attended by players and the technical and administrative staff, was presented by Dr. Sawsan Taha - Al Ain University.

The training workshop addressed the practical and theoretical aspects of media affairs, through dealing with traditional and modern media, and the importance of adhering to the club’s strategy in communicating with fans and enhancing positive presence through social media.

The workshop also reviewed several topics, including introducing the various media outlets, their role and importance, in addition to how to deal with the media, the responsibilities imposed on players, duties related to the media aspect, and warnings and recommendations related to appearing on social media platforms.

For his part, Mohammed Ali Al Junaibi, President of the Football Company, praised the efforts of the UAE Pro League to advance UAE football to the highest levels and direct the clubs to hold the best educational and professional workshops and courses for players and athletes of all ages. He also praised the participation of Al Ain University, which had a major role in the success of the tournament.
