Bani Yas started the match with a clear desire to achieve a positive result, as they tried to control the midfield and search for gaps in Al Wahda's defense, but the guests succeeded in exploiting the opportunities more effectively. Facundo opened the scoring for Al Wahda in the 37th minute after a powerful shot that found the net, then Kevin Andres strengthened the result with a second goal in the 41st minute, taking advantage of a defensive error.
