Baniyas Club female fencing players have done an excellent job in the Fencing Federation Championship in RAK that was held on Friday evening for women category and the men category will be resumed tomorrow Saturday morning.

Baniyas women fencing team won a gold medal in “Sabr” category by Layla Al Saya’ari, a bronze medal by Shamma Al-Abri, Dima Dathi, Azza Al Kaabi in “Foil” category, besides, the gold medal winners for the open competition in “Foil” category were Ashwaaq Al Musabi, Noura Al Breiki, Fatima Al Kaabi, and Dima Fathi.

The bronze medal winners for the open competition in the “Epee” category were Azza Al Kaabi, Salwa Al Rumaithi, Sulin, Sara bin Sumaida. Also, the silver medal winners in the “Sabr” category were Layla Al Saya’ari, Fatima Al Kaabi, Noura Al Breiki, and Shamma Al Abri.
