This evening, the introductory press conference for the Bani Yas match against Ajman was held for the fifth round of the ADNOC Professional League, which will be held at Al Shamkha Stadium. The press conference was attended by coach Daniel Isila and player Sasha Ivkovic.

The coach spoke about the last victory against Al Dhafra, which came in the last minutes, expressing that the team deserved to win the match, in sympathy with the levels it presented in the first three rounds of the season.

He added: "We need to continue winning. We have high morale to continue winning. We know that facing Ajman is not easy because they are playing great matches. We saw that against Al Nasr, as well as Al Ahly youth."


He also talked about the team's readiness for this confrontation, as the coach confirmed the return of Nicholas Jimenez after being suspended due to a red card. The absence of Hassan Al Mahrami and Khaled Al Attas also continues to be injured.

Regarding his opinion of the player's group, the coach indicated: "We always need to strengthen the team, as we are competing for four championships this season, and we must have the elements that make us compete on all fronts."

The player Sasha Ivkovic, who commented on his partnership with the defense line with the newcomer of the Al-Samawi battalion, Muhammad Jaber, also spoke, where Sasha explained that he still needs some time to adapt to him more.

He added, "I have heard a lot about Mohamed Jaber, who is an excellent player, and we train daily and talk a lot, and I am sure that we will perform at great levels.

He also talked about facing Ajman, pointing out that the Ajman team presents a distinguished level in this season and has developed a lot and will pose some difficulties for us, so it will not be an easy match.

And about scoring a goal in the previous match, Sasha explained that he was happy to score this goal, which contributed greatly to obtaining the three points, stressing that he always seeks to score goals, whether through corner kicks or set balls.
