Head coach Daniel Isăilă stressed the difficulty of the upcoming encounter against Al Wasl, highlighting the importance of the match for Baniyas at this stage of the season.
“We are facing an important and difficult match against Al Wasl, a very good team with high-quality players,” Isăilă said.
He added:
“After the change in their technical staff, their style of play has become more attacking and the team looks more organized on the pitch.”
Isăilă continued:
“Al Wasl have players capable of making the difference both individually and collectively. They also play with strong discipline and high pressing.”
The Baniyas coach pointed out the importance of the match for his team:
“We have recently managed to move away from the relegation zone, and this postponed match represents a good opportunity to increase the gap between us and Al Bataeh and Dibba.”

Al Mansoori: We aim to continue positive results
Player Khamis Al Mansoori confirmed the team’s readiness for the upcoming match against Al Wasl.
“We have a match against a strong opponent and we are preparing well for this challenge,” he said.
He added:
“We achieved a positive result in the last match and we aim to continue our positive run of results.”
He concluded:
“Our goal is to give our best on the pitch and achieve another positive result.”
