After a match full of goals, Sharjah was able to defeat Baniyas with a score of 2-3 in the match that brought together the two teams at Al Shamkha Stadium in the postponed match for the 19th round of the ADNOC Professional League.

Al-Samawi entered the match with a squad that included Fahad Al-Dahnani, Khamis Al-Mansouri, Sasa, Khamis Al-Hammadi, Joao Victor, Gaston Suarez, Fawaz Awana, Prestige Mbongo, Suhail Al-Noubi, Taulant Seferi, and Youssef Niakaté.

The visitors took the lead through player Salem Saleh in the 37th minute, which was the result that ended the first half with Sharjah leading 1-0.

The scoring spree came early in the second half, when Sharjah added the second goal through Musa Marega in the 46th minute, and Baniyas responded quickly and reduced the difference through Prestige Mbongo in the 49th minute.

Then Sharjah came back again and added the third goal through Moussa Marega in the 51st minute of the second half.

Then Baniyas quickly returned, reducing the difference through Gaston with a powerful shot in the 53rd minute, announcing the second goal for Baniyas. Suarez scored 8 of his 13 goals in the professional league from outside the penalty area.

Baniyas continued its attack on the Sharjah team's goal and almost returned to the match with the equalizer in more than one opportunity, but the final touch was absent in front of the Sharjah goal, so the match ended with the visitors' victory in the end.

With this result, Baniyas’ score stopped at point 22 in tenth place, while Sharjah’s score rose to point 34 in sixth place.
