Baniyas won the title of the First Division League with a 4-2 win over Ras Al Khaimah on Saturday, which made them achieved the league title and returned to his normal place in the Arabian Gulf League, without considering his last match in the league against Masafi next Friday.
This is the second title for Baniyas since the 2008-2009 season, and the team has qualified for next season’s League, benefiting from the last victory against Al Orooba.
Baniyas scored two goals in the first quarter when Ivorian Manucho scored in the first goals at 44th minute before the star of Habboush Saleh came back with a penalty kick in the 11th minute before Ras Al Khaimah returning to score two goals by Brazilian Philipp Santos in the 18th minute, and by Ahmed Jowhar in the 24th minute. Manouche scored the third goal in the 80th minute. Ahmed Rabie scored the fourth goal for Baniyas in the 86th minute, until the ref whistle came announcing Baniyas as the champions of the First Division.
