Baniyas Club were defeated 3–0 by hosts Al Wahda Club in their Round 12 fixture of the ADNOC Pro League, played at Al Nahyan Stadium.

Al Wahda made a strong start to the match and opened the scoring early through Omar Khribin, who found the net in the 12th minute. The home side maintained their attacking pressure and doubled their advantage shortly after, with Khribin scoring his second goal in the 18th minute.

Before the end of the first half, Omar Khribin completed his hat-trick by adding Al Wahda’s third goal in first-half stoppage time (45+4), sending his team into the break with a 3–0 lead.

In the second half, Baniyas looked to reduce the deficit and showed greater competitiveness in several phases of play, attempting to create scoring opportunities. However, the home side’s defensive organisation prevented any change to the scoreline, and the match concluded with a 3–0 victory for Al Wahda.

Despite the result, Baniyas continued to compete until the final whistle, as the team now turns its focus toward the upcoming fixtures in the ADNOC Pro League, aiming to address key areas and improve results in the next rounds.
