Head coach Daniel Isăilă highlighted the importance of the upcoming match for both teams, especially with the recent changes at Sharjah, saying:

“This is an important match for both sides. Sharjah have made changes to their coaching staff as they are going through a difficult period, and this requires us to prepare well and stay fully focused.”

 

He added:

“Sharjah have high-quality players, and we must be at the same level of readiness and concentration. We delivered good performances in our last two matches — we beat Al Nasr and drew with Dibba, and we were close to winning. The team is progressing, and we must become more effective on the pitch. We need to trust ourselves and maintain a consistent performance throughout the match.”

 

Isăilă stressed that the main focus should be on the team’s own performance:

“We need to concentrate on our team, be fully ready, and believe in our abilities and potential.”

 

He also addressed the impact of the league’s frequent breaks:

“The many stoppages in the league create challenges for continuity, but this is something all teams must adapt to, and we have to deal with it as well.”
