Under the supervision of the UAE Pro League, Baniyas Club organized, yesterday, Saturday, the twenty-ninth of January, at Al Shamkha Stadium, a media training workshop for the first and reserve team players, and the club’s academy players, in cooperation with Al Ain University.

The workshop, which had a distinguished presence from the players and the technical and administrative staff, was presented by Dr. Rahima Al-Tayeb Issani - Dean of the College of Communication and Media - Al Ain University.

The training workshop, which was preceded by a training workshop for the club's football academy players yesterday, dealt with the practical and theoretical aspects of media affairs, through dealing with traditional and modern media, and the importance of adhering to the club's strategy in communicating with the fans and enhancing positive presence through social media.

The workshop also reviewed several axes, including the definition of the various media, their role and importance, in addition to how to deal with the media, the responsibilities of the players, the duties related to the media aspect, and the warnings and recommendations associated with appearing on social media platforms.

For his part, "Mohammed Ali Al-Junaibi", a member of the Board of Directors of the Football Company and the Executive Director of the company, praised the efforts of the UAE Pro League to advance Emirati football to the highest ranks and always strive to provide the best educational and professional workshops and courses for players and athletes of all ages. He also praised the participation of Al Ain University, which was It has a great role in the success of this workshop and the smooth and flexible delivery of information and all its main axes, in addition to its good impact on the hearts of all the players participating in this course, which I consider positive and very successful on all standards.
